Verbier to Geneva Transfer

Customer satisfaction is important to every business, and is the mainstay of any business in the service sector.

Here’s what Adrian has to say about the ‘Verbier to Geneva transfer service’ of AlpyBus.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Subject:* Thank You - Great Service - Booking Reference B-21591

Hi,

Just a line to compliment you for a seamless service provided yesterday in transporting me from Verbier to Geneva airport in time for a mid morning flight.

Please pass my thanks on to Patricia (who drove the bus yesterday) for her professionalism and positive personality when some of the passengers were perhaps a little abrupt - a true credit to your company.

Working for a major UK company I understand and recognise the value of good customer service in a time when many let standards slip.

Thanks again,

Adrian
